I've dealt with ICL in the past, even back when they were known as Neva Direct, and it was top-notch. This time, though, it felt different. Sure, some of it can be blamed on the industry-wide delays for vehicle parts, but honestly, the communication from ICL was lacking at times.

My first advisor left, and nobody bothered to inform me, even after I reached out multiple times for clarity on a question. There were moments when I was told an update was on the way, but then nothing came through, and I had to follow up to get any info.

On the bright side, the team is friendly, and my new advisor has been really helpful.

It's a bit tricky to rate this overall since some hiccups were beyond ICL's control, but I’m giving it 3 stars due to the need for constant follow-ups and the occasional communication gap.
